After almost two years of reconstruction and rebuilding, the Railway Museum opened its doors again to the public on the 5th of June 2005.
We are proud to present the first culture adventure park of The Netherlands. The highlights of the railway history can be experienced in a unique and exciting manner.

You can buy your admission ticket at the main entrance of the museum or click here to buy your ticket in advance.

Railway Museum Car Park € 4,50 per day

Tuesday to Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm.
And Monday the 17th of April and Monday the 5th of June.
Closed on 1 January and 30th of April.

The car park has a maximum capacity of 200 vehicles and fills quickly when busy, so you may need to park elsewhere. Remember that there is a shuttle train service running between Utrecht CS and the Railway Museum.

A special shuttle train runs daily between Utrecht Central Station and the Railway Museum. Tickets are available from NS touch screen ticket machines, at NS ticket offices and at the Railway Museum. At the NS ticket machine the ticket can be found under the ‘actie’ button.
